Share your Content with YouTube and Vimeo Accounts

Connect your Endavo account to your YouTube and Vimeo accounts to share curated playlists of selected channels directly from your content library.

You can manage and send content from your Endavo content library directly to your YouTube and Vimeo accounts by creating and connecting playlists that will sync with YouTube and Vimeo accounts.

💡Important Notes:

  • You will be asked to sign into your YouTube or Vimeo account when setting up connections to your accounts and will need to give permission to connect.
  • External Syndication to YouTube and Vimeo only sends content from your Endavo account to YouTube and Vimeo. You are not able to import content from your YouTube or Vimeo accounts as they will not give permission to do so.

Get Connected to your Social Accounts:

  1. If your Endavo user is not already connected to your YouTube or Vimeo accounts, you will need to connect. If you are already connected, you can skip to Set up External Syndication.
  2. When logged into your Endavo dashboard, go to your User Profile screen by clicking the user icon on top right of the dashboard and Manage Profile.
    User Profile Access
  3. Scroll down your profile page until you see Social Connections.
     Social Connectons
  4. Click on Social Account you'd like to connect to and follow instructions in the pop-up screen to connect and give permission.
  5. You will see a list of your active Social Network connections on your user profile page and you can revoke the connection at any time. 💡 You may also need to periodically reconnect to your social accounts if they drop the connection or token expires.

Set up External Syndication (YouTube or Vimeo)

  1. Once you have connected to YouTube and/or Vimeo accounts, you can manage those channels directly from your Endavo account with a Playlist you can manage.
  2. Go to Syndication > External Syndication > Add New
    Add New Ext Syndication
  3. Give it a name, choose a playlist (or create new one) and select your connected YouTube or Vimeo account. Also select if any premium content will be sent to your social account. 💡 If you don't see your social network connection, it is possible that the connection was dropped and you may need to reset it in your user profile (see above).
  4. Once added, you can manage your Playlist to curate content you want to publish to your social newtwork accounts. Learn more about Playlists
