Add a Shop Feature to your Live Event

Our Live Events platform includes a shop feature in the Interactive Hub using your Shopify store.

We have integrated a shop feature for live events and virtual live events that allows you to easily embed and connect with your Shopify account to sell products during your live event. 

If you don't already have a Shopify store, Click Here to learn more about setting one up. We may also add additional shopping platforms in the future. For now, only Shopify can be added to our live events platform. 

Steps to add Shop feature to your live event: 

  1. Create or edit your Live Event or Virtual Live Event in your account. Click Here to get more information on creating or editing Live Events. 
  2. In the Interactive Area of the Live Event form, select Shop Tool > Shopify
  3. Paste your product(s) embed code from your Shopify store/account. Click Here to learn more about getting Shopify embed codes from your store. 
  4. That's it! you should see your Shopify product offer on the "Shop" tab next to the video player on your Live Event page once published. You can keep the store active as long as the event page is active - before, during and after your event.
