SSL Renewals require certificate update annually
If you manage your own website domain that is running your Endavo OTT site, you will need to renew your SSL certificate with your domain host annually, in order to secure the website (https) and allow any financial transaction processing. Once renewed, you will need to provide Endavo support team with the certificate so we can update the site settings on our end. Even if you auto-renew your SSL you still may need to generate a new certificate to avoid expiration and website issues.
